An A&A team member shows up at the agreed time — no salesman, no high-pressure pitch. We measure your roofline, photograph existing conditions, inspect fascia and decking, and discuss profile and color options.

Itemized by linear foot or square. Material, gauge, color, profile, downspout count, accessories — line by line. Honored for 60-90 days. No surprise charges later, no upcharge tactics.
You approve. We schedule.
Sign off on the quote and we lock in your install date. Most gutter and fab jobs schedule within the same week. Metal roofing typically 2-4 weeks out for material order and prep.
Install. Cleanup. Walkthrough.
Crew arrives 7-8am with materials and brake truck. Most gutter installs finish same day. Metal roofing runs 4-7 days. Site cleaned daily. Final walkthrough with you on-site before we leave — every detail confirmed.
